Quyết định 481/QĐ-UBND Bảng giá ca máy tỉnh Quảng Ngãi 2022

Ngày 26 tháng 12 năm 2019 Bộ Xây dựng ban hành Thông tư số 11/2019/TT-BXD; Hướng dẫn xác định bảng giá ca máy và thiết bị thi công. Thông tư ban hành đầy đủ hệ số chi phí, định mức sử dụng và nguyên gia ca máy cho hơn 600 máy xây dựng.

Thông tư số 11 có hiệu lực từ ngày 15 tháng 2 năm 2020; hiện tại một số tỉnh thành đã ban hành bảng giá ca máy trên địa bàn tỉnh mình trên cơ sở Thông tư này. Dưới đây là danh sách tổng hợp công bố bảng giá ca máy các tỉnh thành năm 2020

Dự toán Eta đã cập nhật đầy đủ nội dung số liệu các bảng giá ca máy nêu trên vào dữ liệu phần mềm; quý khách có nhu cầu sử dụng vui lòng tải để áp giá phục vụ cho công việc. Các bước để tải và áp dụng như sau:Hướng dẫn áp dụng giá bảng giá ca máy các tỉnh năm 2020 trên phần mềm dự toán Eta

1. Click chuột vào Tab Máy thi công

2. Tại Sheet Máy thi công Click phải chuột vào cột Giá TB sau đó chọn Menu [Lắp giá thông báo từ cơ sở dữ liệu]

3. Phần mềm hiển thị lên cửa sổ giá thông báo Click vào nút [Tải về].

4. Bước 4 : Sau khi tải về lựa chọn áp giá theo khu vực mong muốn.

Ngày 11 tháng 8 năm 2020 Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh Quảng Ngãi ban hành Quyết định số 481/QĐ-UBND; về việc ban hành bảng giá ca máy tỉnh Quảng Ngãi năm 2020. Căn cứ ban hành

1. Nghị định số 68/NĐ-CP ngày 14/8/2019 của Chính phủ về quản lý chi phí đầu tư xây dựng.
2. Thông tư số 09/2019/TT-BXD ngày 26/12/2019 của Bộ Xây dựng; hướng dẫ xác định và quản lý chi phí đầu tư xây dựng.
3. Thông tư số 11/2019/TT-BXD ngày 26/12/2019 của Bộ Xây dựng; hướng dẫn xác định giá ca may và thiết bị thi công xây dựng.
4. Thông tư số 02/2020/TT-BXD ngày 20/7/2020 của Bộ Xây dựng; Sửa đổi, bổ sung một số điều của 04 thông tư có liên quan đến quản lý chi phí đầu tư xây dựng.

Ngày có hiệu lực và hướng dẫn áp dụng

Quyết định có hiệu lực kể từ ngày 05/09/2020

Bảng giá ca máy tỉnh Quảng Ngãi năm 2020 ban hành theo mức lương nhân công vùng II; được ban hành kèm theo Văn bản số 2340/UBND-CNXD ngày 25/5/2020 của UBND tỉnh; về việc công bố đơn giá nhân công xây dựng trên địa bàn tỉnh theo Thông tư số 15/2019/TT-BXD của Bộ trưởng Bộ Xây dựng.

Mức giá nhiên liệu dùng để xây dựng bảng giá ca máy cụ thể như sau :

Với trường hợp lập dự toán với mức lương nhân công hay giá nhiên liệu không trùng với số liệu đầu vào để tính toán bảng giá ca máy thì được phép bù trừ chênh lệch.

Áp dụng bảng giá ca máy tỉnh Quảng Ngãi trên phần mềm dự toán Eta

Dự toán Eta đã cập nhật đầy đủ nội dung số liệu giá ca máy theo Quyết định 481/QĐ-UBND; quý khách vui lòng tải về để áp dụng, phục vụ cho công việc.

Bước 1 : Tại bảng giá ca máy, click chuột phải chọn ” Lắp giá thông báo từ cơ sở dữ liệu”.

Part 3: Your Responsibilities

When using WEBSITE Law Net requires you to register a Subscriber Name, Password, and some personal information before use. This information must be accurate, because it directly affects your interests.

If any provision of this Agreement, as well as subsequent notices and warnings, is unlawful, void and/or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed separate from those provisions. remainder of the Agreement, and without prejudice to the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This Agreement entered into force on October 15, 2015.
