Job description
Tour guide Marketing Executive
- Tour guide: Plan, execution, and report.
- Tour lead: Act as a leader in case of the small group.
- Product development: New product and build product as client’s request.
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
- Oversee a social media strategy
- Manage and maintain the organization’s website[s]
- Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as Facebook and Twitter
- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
- Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
- Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website[s]
- Create the contents for website and Facebook Fanpage, Instagram
- Identify new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments, particularly developments in mobile marketing

Skill and knowledge
Tour Guide Marketing Executive
- Good command of English [primarily speaking and listening].
- Knowledge of the following fields is a plus: organizing teambuilding and outdoor/sport games. Vietnamese traditional games, Vietnamese culture.
- Fluent in English with good writing skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solid editing and researching skills
- Excellent communication abilities [oral and written]
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Familiarity with design software [e.g. Photoshop, Illustration] and content management systems is a plus
Experience
Tour guide Marketing Executive
- No need of experiment. Freshmen is acceptable
- Tourism of education background preferred.
- 1 year of working experiment required.
- Marketing of education background preferred
