The 2023 Ford Ranger has a 2.3-liter turbo-four, outputting 270 horsepower
and 310 pound-feet of torque. While a diesel option is available in other countries, we probably won’t see it here. This engine will combine with a ten-speed automatic transmission.
2023 Ford Ranger Fuel Capacity & MPG
It’s unclear what the fuel capacity and economy will be yet. However, we expect it will be similar to the current model at 21/26 mpg with rear-wheel drive and 20/24 mpg with four-wheel configurations.
