Tiếp theo chúng ta hãy xóa bộ nhớ Cache của video bằng cách chọn Edit => Purge => All Memory and Disk Cache, đừng quên tích chọn “Click disk cache for all versions”, cuối cùng nhấn “OK” để xóa toàn bộ các render tạm thời và giải phóng dung lượng vì trong một số trường hợp, nguyên nhân của sự cố là do file Cache bị lỗi.

Nếu muốn thay đổi vị trí cài đặt bộ nhớ Cache bạn hãy vào Edit => Preferences => Media & Disk Cache.

3. Render từng hình ảnh

Ngoại trừ xóa bộ nhớ cache thì còn một cách nữa cũng khá hiệu quả nếu gặp tình trạng lỗi khi đang render, đó là render cảnh phim theo chuỗi hình ảnh. Cụ thể, Adobe Media Encoder sẽ render từng frame như những file riêng lẻ nên khi một hình ảnh bị lỗi khi render, bạn sẽ không cần xuất lại những file trước đó nữa. Dù tốn kém nhiều thời gian hơn render bình thường nhưng đây là một cách khá hay mà các bạn có thể thử nếu bị lỗi khi đang render theo cách thông thường, nhằm đảm bảo công việc hoàn thành đúng kì hạn.

4. Restart máy tính

Ngoài ra, restart máy tính, giải phóng bộ nhớ cache và thử kết xuất lại cũng là một cách hay có thể giúp giải quyết vấn đề kết xuất bị lỗi trên After Effects mà các bạn nên thử.

Hi i'm trying to use an animated gif in my project. Basically my after effects project is just a countdown from 10 to 0 while the animated gif spins continuously during the countdown. My problem is when I use the animated gif the background it is no longer transparent and the background is instead white. How do I make it transparent again in after effects? Next the animated gif is about a 2 second loop, it won't let me drag the bars to extend the time to 10 seconds. How do I loop it for 10 seconds?

These aren't musts, but if anyone could, help would be greatly appreciated:

1. For the text effect 'numbers' [which I used for the countdown effect] it always renders really shaky and bouncy when i preview it. Is that normal?

1. It has the time as 00:00:00:00 [type: timecode 30]. How do I make so it only shows 00:00 ?

Any help would be awesome.
