Khi cài phiên bản này hay phiên bản khác thì lỗi này cũng vẫn xuất hiện. Mình cũng dính lỗi này nhưng trên mạng chỉ rất nhiều cách.

Bước 1: Gỡ toàn bộ các file có liên quan đến autocad trong phần cài đặt tốt nhất bạn nên dùng phần mềm IObit Uninstaller để gỡ tại đây phần mềm miễn phí gỡ 1 lúc được nhiều ứng dụng

Bước 2: Sau khi gỡ xong các bạn làm thêm 1 số thao tác sau để đảm bảo các file được xóa hết toàn bộ.

1. Vào ổ C xóa toàn bộ thư mục sau [Bước này quan trọng phải xóa sạch mới sử dụng được]
2. C:\Program Files\Autodesk [đối với win 64 bít]
3. C:\Program Files\Autodesk\autocad 20xx [ xx là phiên bản cad]
4. C:\Program Files [x86]\Autodesk [nếu có]

2. Xóa thư mục chia sẻ theo đường dẫn sau

• C:\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared [ đối với phiên bản 64bits] phiên bản 32bits có thể thay đổi

3. Xóa thư mục của người sử dụng

Đối với Windows 7, Vista, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10

• C:\Users\Public\Documents
• C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk [admin: là tên máy của mình] Thư mục này có thể nhiều máy bị ẩn nên các ban làm như sau
  • Các bạn vào Windown → Run
    Tiếp tục các bạn đánh Appdata và 1 thư mục mới hiện ra như bảng dưới đây các bạn tìm 3 thư mục bên trong cứ thư mục nào có chữ Autodesk các bạn xóa hết đi cho mình
• Đường dẫn như sau: [%username%: là tên máy tính của bạn] thao tác như hình trên để truy cập đường dẫn
• C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
• C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Autodesk
• C:\Users\Public\Documents\Autodesk
• C:\ProgramData\Autodesk

Đối với Windows XP [%username%: là tên máy tính của bạn] thao tác như hình trên để truy cập đường dẫn

• C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\ Application Data\Autodesk
• C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Autodesk
• C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Autodesk

Bước 3: Xóa regedit đã đăng ký

– HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Autodesk – HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Autodesk

Bước 4: Đóng sửa sổ regedit lại

Bước 5: Khởi động lại máy tính.

Bước 6: Các bạn tiến hành cài đặt lại bình thường là sẽ được 100% nhé.

Cause

We've been seeing this issue from time to time with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017 installations. A quick fix from AutoCAD Service Pack 1 will take care of the problem.

Solution

1. You might see the error message pictured to the left as well.

Click No to close the error message.

2. Follow this link to Autodesk's AutoCAD 2017 Service Pack 1 page.

3. Scroll down on the Service Pack 1 page until you see the download options pictured to the left.

Click the correct AutoCAD 2017 SP1 version for your computer [64-bit or 32-bit].

This step will actually require you to download and install two separate files When you click the download link, your browser will either prompt you to download multiple files or open a secondary pop-up window, which may be easily overlooked or hiding behind the browser. [What you see will depend on your browser settings.] You may need to poke around a bit to find them. See the images below for examples.

Using Google Chrome? You should see a message that the Autodesk site wants you to download multiple files. Click Allow.

Using Mozilla Firefox? You'll have two download windows, which may or may not be hidden behind the browser window. Click Save File in each message.

4. The following two files will download to your computer:

• AutoCAD_2017_SP1_Part_2_Genuine
• AutoCAD_2017_SP1_64bit

Take note of the file names, and save the files in a location where you can find them easily.

5. Run each of the files you downloaded. Allow a few minutes for the Service Pack to install and repair your installation.
