Below are six versions of our grade 4 math worksheet on deriving the prime factors of a number using a factor tree.  Answers are given on the second page.  Note that in some cases there is more than one possible correct combination of intermediate factors, but the factors at the bottom of each branch [the prime factors] should be the same as in the answers given.
