As a Benefits Specialist, you would be responsible for driving, implementing and administrating long-term benefits strategies for employee Health, Life, and Welfare benefits for our existing book of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations of enrollments to help ensure appropriate customer service levels are maintained.

· Responsible for communication of all education materials, open enrollment process, etc.

· Implement effective communication strategies on a daily/weekly meeting.

· Report daily/weekly results with the executive team. Analyze claims activity results to establish trends, identify opportunities and determine areas of concerns.

· Ensure compliance is aligned and maintained with all Federal and State laws governing benefits.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

· Effective verbal and written communication skills [including presentation skills]

· Perform well in high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environments

· Ability to work on multiple projects, adjusting shifting priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency

· Previous sales and/or benefits education experience is preferred

· License in Life, ACCIDENT AND Health, or willing to obtain license

· High School Diploma/GED; Bachelors Degree preferred
