A restored version of Steven Spielberg's Schindler's List will screen in select New Zealand cinemas from January 24.
Fox-Universal has confirmed the Academy Award-winning movie will return to Kiwi movie theatres from that date to commemorate its 25th anniversary.

Schindler's List launched Ralph Fiennes onto the global stage.
Starring Ben Kingsley, Liam Neeson and Ralph Fiennes, the 195-minute drama won seven Oscars including best picture and best director and took home more than NZ$460m worldwide during its original 1994 run.
Spielberg himself supervised this 4K and Dolby Atmos restoration from the original film negative.
In 2004, the Library of Congress selected Schindler's List for preservation in the National Film Registry. Three years later, the American Film Institute ranked the film eighth on its list of the 100 best American films of all time.
