I recently got my hands on a Pro 20x12 laser cutter and I'm having issues downloading the direct print drivers.
Following the instructions here [//laser101.fslaser.com/RetinaEngrave] tells me to use add a printer to download the driver but it gives me a connect to printer error [Windows cannot connect to the printer. Operation failed with error 0x00000180.].
I'm wondering if anyone has encountered this before and how they solved it. I'm running a windows 10 PC.

It should be a standard.exe file. Just download and run like any other program, it will self extract and install. Follow the normal install instructions.

Sorry, I should've been more clear.
I have the retina engrave software installed and it works flawlessly. The issue is that I can't get the printer driver [under RetinaEngrave V3.0 Direct Print Drivers] installed. Following the windows instructions they provide [//fsl-public.s3.amazonaws.com/web ... 0Guide.pdf] gives me that error [and the alternate method they offered on the page also doesn't work].
Is there another way I can get the print dialog? Because right now the laser cutter/Retina engrave doesn't appear as a print option.

Normally you don’t install any drivers. Try deleting and reinstalling, most drawing programs you just select re as your printer. If it not giving you that option hopefully a reboot and reinstall of re will help
