Is Sama a good PC case?

A very well built case that can support both mini/micro ITX. It has enough space for a decent CPU air cooler. It would need a SFX power supply even though you can mount a regular ATX one too - but it gets rather cramped. It says it can hold 3 x 3.5 HDD's but it's more like 2 of them.

Is tempered glass case good?

If it does break, tempered glass is safer than normal glass because it breaks into small, blunted chunks. It doesn't shatter into jagged, dangerous shards, so you're much less likely to get injured on tempered glass. These properties make tempered glass a preferred choice when building transparent PC cases.
