La cuisine ho chi minh review năm 2024

Vietnam was a French colony, so French food here is also blooming. I have been to this one many times and I am familiar with the boss, Mr. 20,000. It is really the leader of many French restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City. Mr. 20,000's family is in the wine-rich region of southern France, his mother is a Vietnamese French overseas Chinese, he often runs on both sides of Vietnam and France, so you can also drink a lot of great red wine here. This time my appetizer is onion soup and scallop bacon. The scallops here, with fresh and fat, these four words can really be described seamlessly, really love, I will call the current dish of scallops every time I come. The main course I ordered is the French vegetable oil seal duck Duck Confit, the duck legs are more than 6 hours to do, the taste and taste are super positive, the duck meat fiber is buckled. Vincious, a veteran dessert controller, called the vanilla sauce frozen fruit strip and lemon tower, both great, but I prefer the cold feeling. I ordered a glass of Michel Lynx red wine from the wine mecca, the French Bordeaux region, with a strong aroma and endless aftertaste. The handsome boss 20,000 brother will sit here for lunch and dinner every day, but unfortunately he is married, I have no chance, hey.

👍👍 This is 2nd time we come to French restaurant, love all food I tried, good taste. Vani icecream and baguettes are very delicious. People often mention good, French, service, great, restaurant, nice, wine, delicious, cuisine, duck,

It is one of the fine French restaurants on Le Thanh Ton street. The other day I had a spinach soup and stewed beef cheek. Beef cheek was melted in my mouth as it was perfectly cooked with red wine. The mushed pumpkin next to it was so smooth and creamy, so tasted great too. Staff there were attentive and the ambience was great too. It would be a great place who want to have a nice French cuisine in the center of the city. 3 people found this review helpful 👍

Superb food and excellent service. Very nice and chic atmosphere. If you are looking for excellent french cuisine, this is the place to go while in Saigon. Price to quality ratio is very good 3 people found this review helpful 👍

It's one of good French restaurant in district 1, the chief also owner. He idolized Anthony Bourdain, unfortunately have not see "Roads Runner". I have the samon, salad, and a glass of white wine. If you're in HoChiMinh and like to have good dinner then this place is fit the bill. Bon appetit. This is up date, I have lunch here again.... It's great better than the last time I was here. Highly recommend the food. 2 people found this review helpful 👍

Tremendous French restaurant. Everything about our experience was phenomenal. We were seated immediately by a friendly waiter at a beautifully set table. We started with a delicious glass of white wine and the beef carpaccio appetizer. It was perfectly sour and balanced and the portion size was large. We enjoyed the beef tenderloin and roast duck as well, both perfectly cooked to our specifications. All of my expectations were blown away and I will absolutely visit again if I find myself in HCMC. 2 people found this review helpful 👍

Amazing. I’ve wanted to try this place for awhile but it’s always empty which made me question it. But I’m glad I came because it was great. Foie gras great. Beef cheek was very good. Duck and sauce was amazing. And get ready to float to heaven with the chocolate lava cake. One of my top two French places in Saigon now. 2 people found this review helpful 👍

Very pricey..$16 for two scallops...how pretentious. They didnt have the fish I wanted so I had to settle for the same kind of fish I had the nite before. Hubby liked osso bucco. But really $109 for two appetizers, 2 dinners and a carafe of house wine in Vietnam is robbery. There are plenty of other places to go for a third of the price that are much more interesting in food and ambience. 1 person found this review helpful 👍

Great value set lunch which was available even on a Saturday. Waiter was super friendly and service was great. Nice and cozy ambience in the restaurant, and food tasted good with complimentary warm bread and butter. Note that salads are not listed on the menu but you can ask them for it. 1 person found this review helpful 👍

I felt disappointed at the meal I had tonight. It costs high, but cannot provides a relative quality. It is the first time to taste French cuisine in my life. I would say the flavor is not impressive to me but they have good service. 1 person found this review helpful 👍

We came here around noon on a weekday, and got two of their combos for 255k each. While the salad was delicious, the chicken was mediocre. It also came with mashed potato which was nothing special. The sea bass was definitely a better choice. The lemon tart dessert was good, but the crust was a bit frozen/hard still. The service was superb, but it was strange being the only group dining there. A small bottle of water costs 55k, and there is a service fee. The bill came out to be around 653k after service fee and tax. It's still a good deal for foreigners, but the food didn't meet my expectations at all and I was disappointed. 1 person found this review helpful 👍

The name of the restaurant is LaCuisine. It is French dining at its finest. I would rename this fine dining experience X Cuis it. Our vodkas, shaken and dressed with a lime, awakened our taste buds. The duck was beyond expectations as was the filet with peppercorns, fresh lettuce and potato su gratin. Finishing with three flavored crème brûlée and strawberry ice cream was so so sweet. Gracious and professional, Phouc served us with patience and grace. 1 person found this review helpful 👍

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner here at this quaint little French restaurant. The waiters were very attentive and polite, especially Phuoc (we hope we've spelled that right), who was very helpful in taking photos for us. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed the beef carpaccio as a starter, and the beef cheek main along with duck breast were also lovely. Definitely a good place to go to for French food at a less exorbitant price while in Ho Chi Minh City.

Cute French restaurant, great staff. Our waiter was super nice and attentive. Complimentary bread and butter was super good and high quality. I think our waiter saw how much we liked it so he gave us more. Ordered the duck breast. Price was good for the serving which was quite big. Tasty and cooked very well. Lacking in some flavor, specifically, it was described as having some sort of berry balsamic sauce which I thought would balance the gaminess of the duck, but did not taste it. Nonetheless, still a good dish. Overall, a good experience and highly recommended.

Food was average at best, portion is quite small. Don’t go here if you’re a hungry foodie. Taste wise is a bit on the bland side. I’ve lived in Paris, France for 6 years in my younger days and loved French cuisine to bits. But the food here is probably localised for the locals. Service was rushed as they were understaffed - not something a somewhat upper class dining restaurant should be.

The food is nice but not great. The portions are bit small. Some condiments (like roasted potatoes) are clearly frozen instead of being freshly made. Overall you can have a nice enough meal but the prices are a bit high.

Very nice French cuisine. I recommend the blaquette de veau and the duck! Decent choice of wine. The decoration has place for improvement

The service was exceptional. You probably have better French food elsewhere, but it's a nice experience in HCMC and not bad if you want to treat yourself a nice lunch.
