Zoom: Video Not Working On Lenovo Devices
Ifthe video area on your Lenovo laptop looks like a grey box with a crossed-out camera icon, try these troubleshooting steps.
Note: The following steps are for Lenovo computers running Windows 10. For Windows 7 or 8, see theZoom Help Center.
- Open the Windows Start Menu and search for Lenovo.
- Open the application calledLenovo SettingsorLenovo Companion.
If you do not haveeither of these applications, install one of them from theWindows App Store. - Within the application, selectCAMERAfrom the top icons.
- Scroll to the lastcamera setting; change the Privacy Mode fromOntoOff.
