No doubt the future is looking like more success for these two! 13. #13 Alesso (#15 Last Year)2015 saw the release of the Swedish-born DJs debut album 'Forever' on Def Jam Recordings, and with it, his position on the house music scene cemented. 14. #12 Oliver Heldens (#34 Last Year)With a huge 22 point jump in the ranking, the Dutch-born DJ has evidently found his niche. At only 20 years old, Heldens' undoubtedly still has his best years of music ahead of him. 15. #11 Calvin Harris (#11 Last Year)This year has seen Harris, one of the most recognisable DJs in the world, become the highest paid DJ in the world. The Scottish-born artist has had an unbelievable year, and his success shows no signs of waining. 16. #10 Steve Aoki (#10 Last Year)After another busy year, the Florida-native continues to remain popular amongst electro-house fans, and has become and increasingly recognisable face in the public eye. 17. #9 Skrillex (#9 Last Year)One of the most recognisable faces and styles on our list, the Californian has retained his status as a top 10 DJ. At #9, he's also the highest ranking dubstep DJ on the list. 18. #8 Afrojack (#12 Last Year)Another Dutchman, Afrojack continues to climb the list and gain followers with each new project he works on. 19. #7 Avicii (#6 Last Year)The 26 year old Swede has made an impressive impact on the electronic scene in a relatively short space of time. With his new album now completed, we fully expect to see Avicii in the list again next year. 20. #6 David Guetta (#7 Last Year)Perhaps the most well-known DJ on the list, Guetta is still gaining momentum, up one place on last years rankings. The French-born artist is likely to feature in the top 50 until he retires! 21. #5 Tiesto (#5 Last Year)A true veteran of the game, the Dutch-born trance legend continues to innovate and expand his horizons, whilst somehow keeping his fiercely loyal fanbase. 22. #4 Armin Van Buuren (#3 Last Year)Another true veteran of the game, and another Dutchman, much like Tiesto, Van Buuren's success continues to expand. With recent award nominations, and a new album out October 29th, Van Buuren's commercial success shows no signs of slowing down. 23. #3 Martin Garrix (#4 Last Year)At just 19 years old, this Dutch DJ's explosive career is still going just one way; up. 24. #2 Hardwell (#1 Last Year)Still immensely popular, and with his first studio album, 'United We Are', out this year, this year sees Hardwell drop one place after two years at the top of the list. 25. #1 Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike (#2)From Belgian and Greek origins, these wildly popular two brothers has undoubtedly taken the scene by storm.
