Staff unfortunately unfriendly and don't speak English. I asked if the bus standing outside was mine and was directed to my seat in the waiting room without an answer and told to wait another 5 minutes. Started 30 minutes late and arrived 1 hour late. Bus is getting on in years and parts like cup holders are missing at some seats. Toilet door does not close properly and it stank of toilet the whole trip. What can I say for the price...
